He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crisham and Ellen Crisham; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Conlon (Bob), Jack (Kristi), Kim Hatfield (Jim) and Tom Crisham (Andrew Rodbro); his grandchildren, Kate Potts (Andy), Shane Conlon (Kim), Jimmy (Meghan Hatfield) and Katherine (Claire Crisham); his great grandchildren, Jude, Liam and Maeve Potts; and his siblings, Thomas Crisham (Kitty) and Joseph Crisham (Mary Grace).
