He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Olive; and his siblings, Jack, Fred, Robert, Francis, Mary Kincaid, Lilie Hansen and Gertrude Baron.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Ann; his daughter Andrea Moralis (George); his grandchildren, Austin and Alyssa; and his siblings, Elmer (Sandra), Juanita Fletcher (late Harold) and Arla Knudsen (late Donald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members.
Memorials may be made in Henry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or United Methodist Church, New Lenox.
