Loving mother of Anthony (Rose) Spadafina, Giovanni Spadafina and Mina (Victor) Scumaci. Devoted grandmother of Lucy (Peter) Ulrich, Michael (Casey) Spadafina, Dimitri, Givovanni (Sheena Gomez) Spadafina, Victor, Michael and Danielle (Dominick Agate) Scumaci. Great-grandmother of Sadie, Layla, Tuxton and Anthony. Cherished daughter of the late Giovanni and Vincenza Piscopo. Dear sister of Rosa Ventrella, Maria Francesconi, the late Antonio Piscopo, Anna Giannelli, Giacinto Piscopo and Vincenzo Piscopo. Also many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Monday, March 24, 2025, 10:15am at RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen to St. Bernard Church, Mass 11:00am.

Entombment Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.

Visitation Sunday, March 23, 2025, 2pm to 7pm.

Giosa loved cooking, gardening, flowers, music and dancing.
