He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Sally; and his brother Donald Piontkowski (Jerry Ann). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kevin, Eric (Jacqueline) and Jessica Pane (Steve); his grandchildren, Georgia, Olivia Piontkowski, Kayden, Evan, Jaxson and Mason Pane; and his sister Nancy Ruminski (late William). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
