She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Cholipski and A. G. Cholipski. She is survived by: her husband Randall "Randy" Siekman; her daughters, Christine Ghilardi (John) of Tinley Park, Lisa Captain of Homer Glen, Melissa Bennett (Thomas Bennett) of Joliet and Debra Lynn Martinka (Michael); her grandchildren, Ryan Cunningham (Lauren), Allison Chrzanowski (Brian), Jessica Will (Doug), Nicholas Ghilardi (Nicole), Joshua Capitan, Jacob, Lexi Bennett, Vanessa and Rachel Martinka; her great grandchildren, Maisie, Rory Cunningham, Easton, Summer Chrzanowski and Lucas Will; and her sister Polly Paryz (late Gary).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
