He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pierson and Mary Pierson; and his brother Robert Pierson (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Richard Pierson and Brian Pierson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alec Pierson (Becca), Kaylin Pierson, Matthew and Ryan Pierson; his great grandchild Charlie Jane Pierson; and his siblings, Patricia Pierson and Tom Pierson (Donna).
