We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2022, at the age of 76, David M. Kundrat of Homer Glen, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Kundrat and Helen Kundrat (Nee Waznonis); and his sisters, Carol Anco (late John) and Gloria Bloore (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Andrea Kundrat (Nee Szczepanik); his children, Karen Janowski (Tony), Michael Kundrat (Jennifer), Matthew Kundrat (Nicole) and James Kundrat (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph, Kaylinn, Madeline, Jackson, Justin, Joshua, Nina, David, Mila and Ella; and his siblings, John Kundrat, Joyce Piwowar (Gregory) and Helenmarie Dombrowski (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in David's name would be greatly appreciated.
