He was predeceased by: his sibling Charlyne Speer; and his parents, David Speer and Dolores Speer. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Reiner Speer (Maria Patricia), Andrea Malone (Kevin) and Christel Norwood; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Speer, Jesse Malone and Collin Norwood.
