She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Jack; her children, Debra Sue Counter, Mark Allan (Cindy) and Steven Counter (Debbie); her grandchildren, Brian, Tracy, Kristine Wilson (Ethan), Rebecca, Kyle (Megan) and Michael Counter; her siblings, Norman Weck, Marilyn Smith, George Weck Jr., LaVerne Picha, Blanche Leffler, Eleanor McMillan, Donald Weck and Robert Weck; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Nelson, Mitzi, Bernice Weck and Fond. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Matthew Church.
