She is survived by: her husband Hank Kohut; her sons, Daniel (Jennifer) and David Kohut; her granddaughter Bethany Kohut; and her siblings, Robert Turek (Kathy), Judy Swazes, Diane Henkel (John) and Tony Turek (Diane). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
