We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2023, at the age of 94, Alvin Walter McCormick (Homer Glen, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores; his children, Douglas McCormick (late Maureen) and Lisa Andrews (Jeff); his grandchildren, Catherine Miglore (Adam), Colleen McCormick (William Martinez), Erin McCormick (Patrick Fitzell), Michael McCormick, Brian Andrews (Haley) and Allison Gallagher (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Alice, Dylan and Penny Miglore; his siblings, Virginia Matousek (late Ray), Shirley Briese (late Jack), Mary Ambrose (late Stan), Robert McCormick (Shirley) and James McCormick (late Elsie); and his siblings-in-law, Helen Sopczak and Gerald Torres.

In lieu of flowers donations to Disabled American Veterans Chapter 84 in memory of Alvin are greatly appreciated. Please send your donations directly to the McCormick Family or send them in care of RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME.
