He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Westfall (Palek); his wife Pamela Rueter; his sons, Cameron Owen (Danielle Dieters) and Christian Westfall of Hoffman; his parents-in-law, Marilyn of Hoffman and Lawrence Rueter of Hoffman; his brothers-in-law, Philip Rueter (Julie) and Kenneth Rueter (Angie); his uncle Robert Palek; his nieces and nephews, Bryn Rueter (Ciara), Hannah Hilmes (Brandon), Ellie Myers (Dustin) and Mollie Rueter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Chloe Myers, Levi Hilmes and Cayden Rueter; and his friends, Terry, Toni Rehmer, Lee and Jamie Spittler.
