She is survived by: her daughters, Alice Valaitis and Julie Hauk (Karel); her grandchildren, Curt Foltz (Julianne) and Heather Foltz; her great grandchild Grace Foltz; her siblings, Ray Hoffman (Judy) and Fond; and her niece Carol. She is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
