It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy J Delcour of Hoffman, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Billy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Billy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Delcour and Sadie Delcour (Ely); and his children, Debbie, Jeff and Karla.
He is survived by: his daughter Potts; his granddaughter Stephanie Brooke Emmite (Auston); his son Johnny Joe Delcour (Christine); and his grandson Jake Delcour.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russell Colonial Funeral Home (530 E Springfield Rd, St Clair, MO 63077).
