He is survived by: his husband Terpstra; his children, Patricia Buttenob (Chris), Jack Hall (Kris Hengelsberg), Tom Hall and Jim Hall; his grandchildren, Kim TwoBulls (Ron), Scott Shaffer (Deanna Dobrzynski), Michael Buttenob (Heather Chalfant), Jacob Hall, Ashley Niedzielski (Les), Leah Hall, Rachael Clark (Danny) and Zac Talbot; and his great grandchildren, Ryane TwoBulls, Kyle TwoBulls, Nathan Shaffer, Addison Buttenob, Morgan Buttenob and Sloane Buttenob. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
