She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Urkoff and Helen Urkoff; her brother Manny M. Urkoff; and her husband Bert D. Wolf. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Barry Wolf (Diane) and Adrienne Sue Fassino (James); her grandchildren, Stacey Fassino, Michael Wolf, Carrie Raymond and Bryan Wolf; her great grandchild Samantha Raymond; and her niece Roberta Kamen (Charles).
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services and interment were held privately.
