He is survived by: his wife Francisca; his children, Paulina, Cesar and John Paul Tiscareno; and his siblings, Elodia Tiscareno-Ponce, Amelia Tiscareno-Ponce, Maria Dolores-Tiscareno-Ponce and Hector Tiscareno-Ponce.
