He is survived by: his spouse Audrey Palmer; his children, Deborah Palmer (Nadine), Michael Palmer (Kathy), Lori Palmer and Nancy Palmer (Robert Hoagland); his sibling Steve Palmer (Linda); and his spouse Audrey Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
