He was predeceased by: his son Neal Neybert (Beth Venti); and his parents, Harry Neybert and Marie Neybert. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Carol Neybert; his sons, Daniel Neybert (Mary Jane) and David Neybert (Paula); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Mellissa, Zachary and Elizabeth; his sibling Claire Paliatka; his nieces, Julie, Jeanne and Jennifer; and his nephew Jason.
