It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina B. Charletta of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Bartoli and Adelaide Bartoli; and her nephew Jimmy. She is survived by: her husband E. James Charletta; her children, Dan Charletta (Dana), Jill Gawne (Tom) and Jan Yglesias (Tony); her sister Joy Hahn (Dennis); and her nieces and nephews, Jodi, Mike, Dave, Mark and Jennifer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to Holy Family Parish, Memo: Regina Charletta. Funds will be directed to a Catholic Charity of the family's choosing.
