He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Frances; his wife Anne Rose; his siblings, Eleanor Jozef (Mitchell) and Richard Kowalewski (Eleanor); and his sibling-in-law Adalbert "George" Michalik.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Valerie) and Jacqueline Rapp (Kyle); his granddaughter Brittney Lauren; and his sister-in-law Mary.
