We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2023, at the age of 76, Patricia Florence Tognocchi of Hoffman Estates, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Mark Tognocchi; her parents, John McConnell and Marie McConnell; and her brother James Pharr. She is survived by: her husband Fred Tognocchi; her children, Fred Tognocchi (Karla), Anthony Tognocchi, Marie Tognocchi (Jeff Graczyk), Lea Barone (Anthony), Deborah Tognocchi and Vincent Tognocchi (Ann); and her pet Elway.
