It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Fedorow (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sibling Mary Ann Stanley (late Harold). She is survived by: her child Dawn Fedorow; and her siblings, Frank Karl, Jr. (Alicia), Joan Frank (late Jim), Lois Prince and John Karl (Fran).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alexian Brothers Hospice.
