It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Louise Brown of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Ellen Guertin; her parents, Louis Nowak and Helen Nowak; and her sister Helen. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Brown; her children, Richard "Rick" Brown (Elaine), Connie Cichanski (Larry), Kurt Brown (Darlene), Phillip Brown (Teri) and Jeannine Cincotta (Nick); her grandchildren, Amy (Dan), Eric (Dana), Scott (Katie), Craig, Tim, Sarah, Christopher and Haylie; her great grandchildren, Emma, Joseph, Connor, Nathan and Molly; and her sisters, Stephanie and Diane.
In lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
