With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Petersen (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Farace and Josephine Farace; her husband Peter Petersen; and her siblings, Cal, Josie, Mary, Leona and Sam.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Lenart (Butch), Bill Petersen (Jeannette) and Bob Petersen (Terri); her grandchildren, Petrina, Michael (Erin), Shawna (Evan), Joel, Ian and Zach; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Chelsea, Elizabeth and Brendan. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Lillian loved flowers, so if you would like to honor her memory with flowers, we would be so appreciative, but if you'd prefer to make a donation in her name, donations could be made to Hearthstone Manor in Woodstock, IL.
