He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Ann McCormack; his great grandchild Andrew; his parents, Joseph McCormack and Helen McCormack; and his sister Marie McCormack.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Renee McCormack; his children, Kathleen Woloshyn, Margaret Mary Fifield (Robert), William McCormack (Adrienne), Michael McCormack (Julie) and Eileen Snick (John); his grandchildren, Alissa (Mac), Timothy, Jonathon (Marina), Tiffany, Christina (Timothy), Elizabeth (Clinton), Kelly, Erin (Ryan), Samantha, Matthew, Tyler and Garrett; his great grandchildren, Mac, Mason, Maddox, Calliope, Molly, Nicholas, Claire and Lucie; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Pat McMahon and Betty Moore (late James).
