“I am so sorry to hear about Joe. We worked together at AHPD where I would tell him where to go (I worked in dispatch) lol. Joe was probably one of my favorite officers to work with and the only one that sang to me. "Hey hey Paula, I want to marry you". We got a lot of laughs and it always made me smile. My memories of him was he was just a really nice guy and all the time. My heart goes out to all of you that loved him and all that he loved.”
