He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Urbanczyk and Ann; his siblings, JoAnn DeUnger (Daniel) and MaryNic Urbanczyk Foster (Steve); and his brothers-in-law, Alan Wilson and LeRoy Dzik.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph, Alex and James Buckingham; his grandchildren, Kalena, Holly, Joey, Izzy, Tommy, Jack, Danny and Mikey; his siblings-in-law, Linda, Bryan Dzik, John, Barbie Dzik, Faith, Gary Moser, Stan, Angie Dzik, Mary and Ted Wurst; his nieces, Judy Ott (Don), Danielle Deunger (Matt Serdar), Michelle Dvorak (Wayne), Nicole Foster and Grace Foster; and his nephew Alexander Foster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
