We bid farewell to Gordon Burseth of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 6, 2025 at the age of 98. Gordon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingemann Burseth and Esther Burseth (Wold); and his siblings, Dorothy Anibas and James Burseth. He is survived by: his wife Janice Roswell Burseth of Lake; his sons, Eric Burseth (Cheryl) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Chris Burseth (Patty) of Crystal Lake, IL and Mark Burseth (Robin) of Cary, IL; his grandchildren, Derek, Gavin, Brian (Kelley), Michael (Valerie), Matt, Lainey and Teddy; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Graham. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, Huntley, Illinois, The Schaumburg - Hoffman Estates Lions Club or Mission Save a Smile.
