Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Geraldine Catherine Jurewicz (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 90, on September 15, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Pazdioch Surz (Kowalski) and Stanley Pazdzioch; and her sisters, Irene Kaminski and Maryann Piurkowski Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Sue), Patricia, James (Karen) and Linda Elliott (Dennis); her sister Delores Bettencourt; and also, Lisa Novak (John), Lori Spiralke, Ryan Spiralke (Dustyn), Diana Welch (Larry), Michael Jurewicz (Katie), Jessica Jurewicz, Haley Jo Jurewicz, Jonathan Elliott (Francesca), Ziola Foster, Cara Welch, Courtney, Alexis, Evan Novak and Landria Elliott.

Age 90 died peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Alexian Brothers Hospice in Elk Grove Village IL after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
