He is survived by: his wife Susan Bielik; his daughters, Jennifer Sabey, Angela Bielik and Heather Yormark (Adam); his grandchildren, Kailyn Sabey, Chace and Tessa Yormark; his niece Pamela Werrback; and his nephew Brian Bielik.
