With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Kay Conomikes (Hoffman Estates, Illinois), who passed away on December 25, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter Conomikes; her children, Dean (Cindy), Peter and Mark Conomikes; her grandchildren, Katie, Patrick, Colin and Logan Conomikes; her parents, Columbo Cozzoli and Jenny Cozzoli; her brothers, Joseph and Fred Cozzoli; and her nieces and nephews, Tina, Lisa, Dean, Steven, John, Christopher and Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to the American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60601.
