She is survived by: her children, William J. Provenzano, James L. Provenzano, Grace M. Bauman (Trevor) and Steven A. Provenzano; her grandchildren, Adam, Amanda, Erick, Lauren, Andrea and Heather; and her brothers, Robert and William.
