He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Albert. He is survived by: his parent Altha Ratcliff (Seeley); his siblings, Lucille Queen and Yvonne Broadnax; his daughter Marla Ann Ratcliff of Schaumburg; and his spouse Hilda "Rusty" Wesner of St. Joseph, MI.
