He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Foulk; and his parents, William Foulk and Mary Foulk. He is survived by: his children, Denise Giannopoulos, Dominick Foulk (Nikki) and Cherise McCauley (Kevin); his grandchildren, Andrea Almazan (Andrew), Louie Giannopoulos, Dominick Foulk, Taylor McCauley, Kevin McCauley and Anthony Foulk; and his siblings, Dick Foulk, Maryjane Bonnilla and Warren Foulk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
