He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Hardy and Richard T. Hardy Jr. (Dick). He is survived by: his fiancée Suzanne Schoij of Hinsdale; his sons, Kevin Thomas (Kate) and Brian Patrick; his granddaughters, Clare and Nora; and his siblings, Christine Ann Hardy (Tim Cornillie), Steven Michael (Terry), Cathlyn Jane Kroml (Steve) and Brian Richard (Ellen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
