He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J Guido. He is survived by: his wife Staci Guido; his daughters, Emily, Paden, Samantha, Olivia and Reagan Guido; his mother Marguerite Guido; his siblings, John Guido (Becky), Mary Guido Wilkinson (Paul Robert) and Matthew Guido (Alyssa); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Guido Smith, Ellie, John Patrick, Michael, Thomas, Phoebe, Ryder Joseph Guido, Charlotte and John Robert Wilkinson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's education fund.
