He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fylstra; his children, Helen Fylstra, Margaret Jaglowski (David) and Henry Fylstra (Stacy); his granddaughters, Penelope and Florence Jaglowski; and his siblings, Daniel Fylstra (Hilary), David Fylstra (Shirley) and Mary Artigue (Cameron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
