He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Leo McGrath and Frances Sara McGrath; and his brothers, Francis L. McGrath, Jr., Robert J. McGrath and John B. McGrath.
He is survived by: his spouse Robin M. McGrath; his sons, Kevin M. McGrath, Jr. (Sara) of Western Springs, IL and Dr. Patrick J. McGrath of Carbondale, IL.; and his grandchildren, Kevin M. McGrath III (Mikey) and Layla M. McGrath of Western Springs, IL..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (306 W 4th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
