He was predeceased by: his child John Caiafa. He is survived by: his spouse Mary; his stepchildren, Giovanni Katsigiannis and Athanasia Katsigiannis; and his children, Nicholas Caiafa, Anthony Caiafa and Joseph Caiafa.
