With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Kowalczyk (Hinsdale, Illinois), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reaph and Anna Reaph. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sisters, Regina Szal (Gregory), Cathy Root (late Michael) and Maureen Kantner (Russell); her sons, Christopher Kowalczyk (Jennifer), Jason Kowalczyk (Nancy) and Ryan Kowalczyk (Cristina); and her grandchildren, Sofia, Daniel, Emily, Katherine and Benjamin. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St Isaac Jogues Church.
