She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene J. Prochaska; her parents, Robert Etherington and Helen Etherington; and her brother Robert Etherington, Jr.. She is survived by: her son David Prochaska (Dawn); and her granddaughters, Savanna Prochaska, Sara Prochaska, Amanda Prochaska and Annika Prochaska.
