He is survived by: his spouse Irene Helfrich; his children, Judy Mellen (Rusty), John Helfrich (Laura), James Helfrich (Lynn) and Jackie Mueller (late Thomas); his grandchildren, Thomas Mueller, Cody Mueller, Kimberly Helfrich, Meryl Helfrich, Kevin Helfrich, Brian Helfrich, Pearl Helfrich and Marion Mellen; his great grandchildren, Abbie, Matthew, Gracie, Isabella, Kai and Guilianna; and also, Zelenka and Nichols. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
