He is survived by: his parents, Mark Golitko of South Bend, IN and Emilie Utigard of South Bend, IN; his grandparents, Phil Utigard, Becki Utigard of Burr Ridge, IL, Rich Golitko, Doris Golitko of Neustadt, Uncle Ben Utigard, Uncle Kevin Utigard, Aunt Kelly McNaughton, Uncle David and Aunt Jamie Golitko; his great-grandparents, Bill Elliott and Ruth Geissler; and also Sigi Golitko.
