David Fisher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Fisher (Hinsdale, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Ray" Fisher and Bertha "Bertie" Fisher; his siblings, Susan Hagel (Wayne), Raymond Fisher (George) and Nancy Goewey; and his niece Dawn Fisher.
He is survived by: his spouse Georgianne Gyorkos of John's Catholic Church; his children, David Fisher (Jeni), Roni Majors (Don) and Meghan Lundeen; his grandchildren, Molly Page (John), Abbey Fisher, David Fisher, Maddie Majors, Hannah Majors, Anabelle Lundeen and Raegan Lundeen; his great grandchildren, Abrielle and Camden; his sister-in-law Linda Fisher; his brother Glen Fisher (Dottie); his brother-in-law Ken Goewey; his siblings, Mary Ryan (Greg), Peggy Stark (Larry), Jane Hardin (Jerry), John Fisher (Dodie) and June Rosenbohm (Paul); and his foster children, Thuy, Linh and Huong Nguyen. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
After organ donations through the Gift of Hope, he was afforded cremation rites. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Doctors Without Borders, Habitat For Humanity, or St Anthony's building maintenance fund.
