Shaun Morrison lit a candle

“In loving memory of Charlie Pollard. An expression that Charlie used that I always enjoyed was "pitch perfect." As a friend Charlie was pitch perfect; I thoroughly enjoyed our constant exchanges and hearing his views and insights, always passionate but laced with levity. You will be sorely missed, may your soul Rest in Peace. Sharing in your sorrow. With love and friendship, Shaun (and Melanie and family) Morrison”

Robert Dolan wrote a sympathy message

“Very sad to hear of his untimely passing, Charlie was a great father and always a joy to talk to on any topic. His disposition was always cheerful and he was always there for anyone in need. I remember our times with Indian Princesses and a time when I spent an odd storm with his family at his house. He will be missed, too young.”

Seth Fowler wrote a sympathy message

“My heart is heavy for your family. I am one of the "Sports Guys" text thread with Greg, Scott, and Shaun and of course Charlie (or Chaz as I named him). I only met Charlie face-to-face once but we were like old friends. My biggest connection with Charlie wasn't sports but our sons who are similar age and stage on the Spectrum. He was one of few in this world that I identified with, confided in and, share frustrations, anger, fear with and he'd understand. I'm so sorry for your loss. Seth Fowler”
