He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George G. "Duke" Moran and Ann Marie "Nancy" Moran; his sibling Thomas Moran; and his father-in-law William Brooks Keenan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Moran; his children, Katherine, Jack, Christopher (Maura Stelpflug), Nora Moran, Hannifin, Elizabeth and Royal Arquilla; his siblings, Dr. Michael (Kathleen), Dr. George (Linda), Dr. Mary Moran (Bruce Haffner), Catherine Moran, Claire (Bert), R. N., Paul (Brenda) and Ann Lowry (late John); his mother-in-law Nancy; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. William Brooks III Keenan (Denise), Trish Kinsella (Patrick), Dan Keenan (Tracey), Tom Keenan (Danielle) and Nora Tonn (Robert).
