She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Stevens; her child Erikka McLaughlin; her brother Roger Forte (Sally); her cousins, Lisa Forte and Bobby; her niece Anita Forte; her nephew Phillip Forte; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey Stevens and Leah Stevens.
