She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Forte and Annette Forte. She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Stevens; her child Erikka McLaughlin; her brother Roger Forte (Sally); her cousins, Lisa Forte and Bobby; her niece Anita Forte; her nephew Phillip Forte; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey Stevens and Leah Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (306 W 4th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
