Lesniewicz; her children, Medley and Jack Lesniewicz; her parents, Walter "Tuck" and Nancy Sullivan; her brother Bobby Sullivan (Carrie); her parents-in-law, Sandi Miller (late David) and Thomas Lesniewicz (Pat); her nieces and nephews, Lacey, Tuck, Abby, Madison, Briana, Chase and Macey; her siblings-in-law, Chris, Kelly Dockery and Chad Dockery; her uncles, Robert Hicks, Randy Perretti and Al DiSanto; and her aunt Ellen.
